Tim Reed is a 2009 graduate of Ball State University where he majored in Criminal Justice, Criminology and Business. Although Tim was initially planning on a career in law enforcement and completed an internship with the Muncie Police Department, he decided that his future goals could be better met in the business world. Tim began his career in sales and management at Sprint Wireless at Work, and, after a year there, joined AT&T Mobility in 2010. During his six years at AT&T, Tim broke numerous sales goals and was ranked in the top .5% (yes, the top half of the top 1%) of all AT&T reps nationwide in 2015 and 2016!
Tim joined the nationally recognized Construction Search Team of Management Recruiters of Indianapolis-North in July of 2016 and he has had the same impact on the executive search industry that he had in the mobile communications world. Tim made his first placement within weeks of his start date with MRI and he has not slowed down or looked back since! Tim has quickly become well-known and the “go to” recruiter among the “Impact Players” in the General Construction and Specialty Trade markets throughout the Midwest. He has developed a keen eye for talent and has added hundreds of stellar candidates to our vast network of “Top 20% Performer” Vice Presidents of Construction, Operations Managers, Project Managers, Project Engineers, Estimators, Superintendents and Supervisors.
